“How long before I start seeing results?”

This depends on which marketing services you decide to implement in your company, and more importantly the length of your sales cycle. For example: If your sales cycle is 3 months long and we do everything as planned, then it will likely take about 3-4 months to see the impact on your bottom-line. But first, I have to perform a thorough diagnosis on the health of your business, write up a custom prescription for your marketing, then have your business take the “medication” for a while before you start experiencing new results.

“Where’s the money-back guarantee?”

This is the kind of investment that’s crucial to get it right the first time, so you and your staff don’t go through the painful experience of regressing your marketing back to your old ways. That’s why I don’t want to influence you using a money-back guarantee into making a rushed decision.

The best I can do, is offer you a consultation and analysis of your sales funnel, so you can discuss it over with your sales team before making a decision.

“What’s your background?”

I’ve been building websites for the past 7 years in various industries, and have a clear grasp of what works online and what doesn’t. I also have a college degree in “Small Business Management” if you were curious.

“I’m interested but my time is short; what should I know about you before I contact you so I don’t waste my time?”

If you’re anything like me, then you enjoy a good sales pitch — and you love it more when people get straight to the point.

I’m registered as a sole-proprietary business owner, so I’m not protected behind some legal entity’s corporate veil in case I get sued. Because of this, I have to be careful with whom I do business and I will screen you.

I’ve been building websites since 2007 and have had all kinds of clients from different industries. After 7 years in the business, I’ve got a clear grasp of what works online and what doesn’t.

That being said, I’m not a website coder anymore; I’ve picked up many hacks along the way but I gave it up because it wasn’t satisfying my obsession for marketing. However, I am comfortable working with complex software code and can fluently talk the technology with website technicians.

Therefore, I work with an outsourced team of specialized technicians to deliver the majority of the work. That free’s up my time so I can focus on writing good copywriting, managing my remote team via Skype, and servicing the client after-the-sale.

I work out of my home office in Davis, CA and am able to drive to a meeting if necessary.

“Do you have a staff?”

No, and I don’t really see the benefit of hiring one. Instead, I work with a carefully-handpicked team of outsourced contractors to deliver most of the work.

This is a common business practice between professional tech consultants.

“We want to add you as a ‘quarterback’ in our marketing team.”

I have a retainer package where you can call me anytime during business hours to discuss your marketing strategies.

It’s like working with an independent Marketing Director but without the high cost of an employee and more bottom-line results for you.

“But I don’t really know you… (and I still have more questions.)”

Those are both easy to fix. Just shoot me an email using my contact page.
